iCal feed is not validating, also cannot be added to Google Cal.

The iCal feed for CiviEvents in the CiviCRM sandbox is not validating as having valid syntax using the tool at:

Also, the iCal feed cannot be added to a Google calendar using the "Add" --> "Add by URL" feature. The error message from Google is:
