Description
In some CiviCRM administration pages like this:
"Home » CiviCRM » Administer CiviCRM » Global Settings » Settings - Localization"
or
"Home » CiviCRM » Administer CiviCRM » Global Settings » Settings - Date"
there are field set legends backgrounds that are overlapping form elements like is showing in attached images.
This issue has been tested with CiviCRM for Drupal and "Bartik 7" selected as default theme on Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox 3.6.8.
A quick (but ugly solutions) is to set "Garland 7.0" as Drupal default theme or, in "FIELDSET LEGEND" CSS style, located in /themes/bartik/css/style.css file, change "position" attribute to "relative" value .
