            Description

            It can be useful to control available date ranges such that latest year available is in the past (negative end date offset), or earliest date available is in the future (negative start date offset). Currently there's a DB constraint (INT UNSIGNED) and a form rule that prevents this. However date picker and DB storage of dates works fine / is not negatively impacted by allowing this.
