please create the tpl files for all the 12 php files. There is a start for Personal.tpl. Do not worry about styling and making it look similar. Skip rules for now, but lets get the tpl files up first

there will be some PHP errors that u will need to fix. I'll try chatting with you before sleeping. We need this up and running tomorrow
