Core function CRM_BAO_Contact_GroupContact::addContactsToGroup() does not respect the status parameter

CRM_BAO_Contact_GroupContact::addContactsToGroup() allows a status to be passed in as a parameter so that a contact can be added to a group with a specified status. If the contact is already in the group, the function checks to see if they have status 'Added' and if so does nothing. Instead, it should see if the current status matches the status passed as a parameter.
