            Description

            The following notice occurs on several screens throughout Civi. Most notably on the create individual screen and the create activity screen. The notice will disappear if you refresh the page.

            Notice: Undefined index: operatorType in CRM_Report_Form_Case_Detail->where() (line 323 of /vpfa-dev/fa-drupal7/president/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Report/Form/Case/Detail.php).

            This first occurred for me in 4.0.1. I am running D7.2 and Civi 4.0.2 on RHEL 5.

                Seems to be already fixed, are you able to replicate this on http://d7.sandbox.civicrm.org

                No, no replication on the d7 sandbox. The sandbox states in the footer, Powered by CiviCRM 34831 whereas mine states Powered by CiviCRM 4.0.2.

                If it is fixed, I guess I have some lingering db value left over from the upgrade to 4.0.2. Thanks for the quick response.

                Disabling the CiviCase component and then enabling it again made the issue disappear.
