cron job won't send / stops at includes/database.inc / Xavier

            cli.php is not asking for the Drupal settings.php.
            This means that $db_url never gets set.
            This means that the cli.php ends up thinking it needs to install Drupal.
            It thinks everything is fine, and does not issue any errors.

            I have only looked at CiviCRM 3.3.4 with Drupal & cli "normal" on a sites/domain
