Content on event registration form when registering someone other than yourself is misleading

When a site visitor goes to an event registration page and choses the option to "register someone other than yourself" they are taken to a new page that has the following text (And see attached screenshot) "How many people are you registering [ 1 ] (including yourself)" to the best of my knowledge this only happens when you have "register multiple participants" enabled on an event.

The text is misleading because the user would think that completing this form would register them for the event even if their intention were to register some other person for the event.
