CRM-8799 Status types labels should be used instead of names in display

When listing events, the dropdown menu next to participant shows status types names (which we can't translate nor modify) instead of labels (which could be modified).

The following patches solves this issue adding the 'label' argument to the CRM_Event_PseudoConstant::participantStatus call.
