advanced search email field: inherit settings when they shouldn't; missing implicit wildcards

there are a couple issues with the advanced search:

the "complete/partial name" field inherits search setting options when it shouldn't. for example, if you enable "include email" in the global settings search options, then this field will search by name AND email. but that search option should only pertain to the contact quick search. we have separate explicit fields for name and email in the advanced search.

the "complete/partial email" field does not add implicit wildcards. searching for a partial email returns no results. you're required to add the percent sign. but by "partial" we are implying there should be wildcards.
