Description
1. Initial form display is as shown in crm_search_request.png - all fields and checkboxes empty.
2. After 'Search' form submit, results are displayed with standard Contact/Selector.tpl. We have decided to RETAIN the Advanced Search form above the results - user entered values s/b preserved on redisplay (this is a change from the prototype sequence on Confluence which specified the results page to use the "simple search" form).
3. If no matching results, display status message box "No contacts matching your search criteria were found."
NOTE: Possibly have Manish or Dave create static prototype page with the HTML+CSS for the scrollable checkbox lists used to select Group(s) and Category(s). I got the following info from Chris Messina, the CSS guy at CivicSpace on how to do it - but haven't tried it yet:
"The easiest method for doing this is to create a div with style="overflow:auto;height:40em;width:16em;". Toss a couple
definition lists in the div and you've got a scrollable sidebar."
