            Description

            http://d7.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/optionValue?action=add&reset=1&gid=21 This page allows you to enter a non-integer value for the "Value" field, such as "Deferred" which I believe is invalid and seems to cause bugs when saving Grants.

                We dont check a lot of the values in the option group/value entries and i suspect its an issue across many other option groups also which expect an integer in the value field.
