            Description

            Start date cannot be earlier than the current time." error for CiviMail that appears to have been fixed in 3.1.4 (http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-6048?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Achangehistory-tabpanel) - this issue appears to have come back. Attached is the patch to resolve the problem.
