CRM-9057 Forward Replies option is not working

            Description

            When creating a new bulk mail, in step 2/5, if you check "Forward Replies" option, the "override_verp" field value from "civicrm_mailing" table always stores it as zero. For that reason "Reply-to" header always shows VERP address instead of FROM address.

            Reproduced in Drupal 7.7 + CiviCRM 4.05

                This works as advertised. When it is 0, verp is not overriden. When it is 1, verp is overriden

                Yes, you're right about that but the bug that we reported is that CiviCRM don't save 1 when you select "Forward Replies" so VERP is never overriden.
