Logging Infrastructure - Track record inserts, updates and deletes

Create logging infrastructure which tracks record inserts, updates and deletes (who and when). Initially we will instantiate this for contact and related properties (address, phone, note...). Determination of which classes to log will be configurable via XML schema tags (<log>true</log>) at the table level.
