Description
Steps to replicate issue on all IE versions:
1)Set Civicrm to Multilingual.(In our case it was set to Arabic)
2)Create a Profile with fields such as "Username","Birtdate" required for Drupal user registration.
3)User then check with the profile page for registration where fields related to JS are not working (e.g Date picker popup).Even inner civicrm navigation menu are not working. But all works fine with other browsers.
4)Following is the error visible under Console window:
SCRIPT87: Invalid argument.
jquery.jstree.min.js?N, line 1 character 1000
