Description
When updating the address information for a list of contacts using "Batch update via profile", the available states are not updated when the country is changed. This means that it's not possible to correct someone's state if the record starts off in wrong country. This is different behavior from what happens when you edit the individual record – the available states are changed as soon as the country is changed, so the correct one can be picked.
