Email receipt doesn't show 'on behalf of' profile field data if additional profiles are in use

The demo site apparently doesn't send email receipts with contribution pages, so I cannot replicate on the demo site. However I can replicate with a fresh version of 3.4.8.

The email receipt template I am using is "default" it has not been customized.

When the contribution page with membership section enabled uses an 'on behalf-of' profile, and no other profiles at top or bottom, the on behalf of organization data IS included in the email receipt.

When the contribution page with membership section enabled uses an 'on behalf-of' profile, plus a profile at "bottom", the on behalf of organization data IS NOTincluded in the email receipt.

I have reviewed the ThankYou.php code myself and cannot find the solution, so I ask for your help.

Also, a fix for this is required immediately that can be applied to a 3.4.8 intallation, and will pay $ bounty.
