Wordpress civicrm.settings.php file - can it be moved for safety?

            Description

            The civicrm.settings.php file is located in the wp-content/plugins/civicrm folder, which is a folder that may get deleted prior to upgrade. This will delete the precious civicrm.settings.php as well and force a re-install.

            Suggest moving civicrm.settings.php to another location outside of the civicrm directory, if wordpress will allow it, for safety.
