            Changing the order between Role and Type of/Data makes the ACL process more understandable and matches "human language" expression:

            It is more logical to read:
            (Role Doctors
            (Operation Edit
            (Group Patients
            (Description Doctors can Edit the Patients

            Than (with the current field order):
            (Group Patients
            (Operation Edit
            (Role Doctors
            (Description Doctors can Edit the Patients
