batch merge API errors with UFMatch class not found

when using the batch merge API, we get class missing errors on the UFMatch BAO.
from the interface, the file is included higher up the tree, but apparently when that function is called from the API it never gets included.
we just need to explicitly include the file before that method is called in order to support the api.
