Allow admins to edit recurring contribution data (amount, frequency, etc.)

            Description

            As of 4.1 beta, admins can view and cancel recurring payment records. Now we need to add the ability to edit those records. For example, allowing admins to change the amount or frequency of a recurring contribution.

            For the most basic 'passive' version of this functionality, it would only need to change this data in the database and not directly communicate anything to the payment processor. Like the cancel functionality, this could be limited to particular payment processors as appropriate.
