            Description

            The attached patch resolves the following php warning notice:
            Strict warning: Non-static method CRM_Core_ShowHideBlocks::links() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in CRM_Admin_Page_Admin->run() (line 106 of /var/www/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Admin/Page/Admin.php).
