CRM-9599 use crmasmSelect for contact subtype

I propose we use the crmasmSelect widget for the contact subtype field rather than a standard multiselect.
with any more than 3-4 subtypes, the field looks clumsy and pushes other fields down on the screen unnecessarily.

i can submit a patch if there's agreement.
