CRM-9662 survey default result set provided by civicrm_engage does not display name of result set on survey creation page

      Description

      When creating a new survey, if you select "Use existing result set" for the "Survey Responses" options, the result set created by importing the CustomGroupData.xml doesn't show up because the import sets the description field for the option group but not the title field (actually it does show up, but with a blank title).

          defining title not description fixes the problem.
