              Problem turned out to be blank fields not being returned. This is also the cause of YJKChicago prob with api csv export

              No, that's a slightly different issue. I've added a comment on it - can't see how to manage through getfields @ the moment. But the trick is writing a unit test for it - do feel up to try that?

              Empty keys were not being returned (also the cause of cli export probs)
