Description
a couple of issues have come up in the forum. Due to where this is being added, we might need a combination of php or mysql
1. dedupe_email from civicrm_mailing is missing in the upgrade scripts
2. At least two people have reported an error with the entry of country of South Sudan. Most likely this is due to missing data in civicrm_worldregion. We should check if empty, and if so add the data. We might need to fix the 4.1.alphaX upgrade script for this
