Need explanation/comment for a few drupal-civicrm strings (Apt./VH/Party reg.)

            Description

            Hi,

            I need an explanation of a few drupal-civicrm strings in order to get translation done properly.
            See attached screenshot.

            My guess is that:
            Apt. - is short for theApartment
            VH - [pass]
            Party reg. - is related to registration in a political party.

            I've tried to find help in the German, Spanish, Swedish and Portuguese translations, but it seems that there is a need for explaining some of the terms.
            Looking through the Walklist.php code didn't help in the particular instances mentioned.
            If possible the sustainable way to go about it is to include string comments that gets shown in Transifex.
