            Description

            Generally, fields in forms follow the pattern
            <div class="crm-section ...">
            <div class="label">...label...</div>
            <div class="content">...content...</div>
            <div class="clear"></div>
            </div>

            Some fields in CRM/Contribute/Form/Contribution/Main.tpl don't follow this pattern, leading to display problems:
            1. pledge details
            2. pay-later details
            3. recurring payment details
            4. PCP supporter details
            5. is-for-organisation details

            CAVEAT: I only use 1 and 2. So 3, 4, and 5 are untested, though I suspect they will improve appearance.
