Description
Over the past month we have been having people submit a bug report, however we can not consistently recreate the bug, and are unable to figure out what might be causing it.
What happens is that every now and then when a person fills out the form here: <http://www.fsf.org/campaigns/secure-boot-vs-restricted-boot/statement>.
They are redirected to the page: <https://crm.fsf.org/civicrm/profile/create?gid=37&reset=1> and are presented with the following error message:
CiviCRM Profile Create
Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
The requested Profile (gid=37) is disabled OR it is not configured to be
used for 'Profile' listings in its Settings OR there is no Profile with
that ID OR you do not have permission to access this profile. Please
contact the site administrator if you need assistance.
The form on fsf.org is from the "HTML Form Snippet" of our Profile on crm.fsf.org

The bug has been reported from a few different browsers, all of which I believe have at other times been able to successfully fill out the form without an error.
Any help debugging this error would be greatly appreciated.
