Inherit CMS Language doesn't work for logged in user

            Description

            Configuration :

            • multilingual installation of CiviCRM
            • Drupal
            • option Inherit CMS Language checked in civicrm/admin/setting/localization?reset=1

            When you are logged in, the language follow the CiviCRM language, not the UF language.

            I think we should add an option to prioritize one or the other.
