Add an extra field to Funding so that an Organisation can be linked to the job being funded?

Add an additional field to the "General" screen of the Job tab called "Funding Organisation". This field will be a lookup of Organisations (check Manger in "General" section as an example) created in the database. It will be positioned below the "Tied to Funding" check box and above the "Funding Notes" text field.
