Description
Define a new case type, "Probation"
Define roles as:
- HR Manager (the default role)
- Line Manager
Define activity types for the case:
- Open Case
- Attach Objectives Document
- Attach Appraisal Document
- Attach Probation Notification
Define default timeline for case:
- Attach Objectives Document (+7 days) [assigned to Line Manager]
- Attach Appraisal Document (+3 months or +90 days) [assigned to Line Manager]
- Attach Appraisal Document (+6 months or +180 days) [assigned to Line Manager]
- Attach Probation Notification (+6 months and 7 days, or +187 days) [assigned to HR Manager]
Define scheduled reminders:
- For activity types "Attach Objects Document" and "Attach Appraisal Document", send weekly/recurring reminders beginning 2 weeks before activity_date_time. The reminders should go to the client and the assignee
- For activity type "Attach Probation Notification", send daily reminders beginning on activity_date_time. The reminders should go to the assignee.
FIXME:
- Not sure how assigning to the Line Manager works. For now, Jane will be doing a lot of the work, so may be OK to assign to HR Manager instead.
