Only currently working individuals should get listed in the Directory

Only those individual contacts that have an active job position should display in the Directory.

Currently emergency contacts also show up in the listing - these need to be excluded.

(Note from Kurund: current employeer is " termination date" = NULL)

The default listing in the Directory should show an work phone and work mobile phone number, since people will often have both.
