Bugs on adding a new vacancy

1. After creating a new vacancy, user is redirected to a Find Vacancies (vacancy status = any) but the breadcrumb seems to indicate that one is on the Public Vacancy List page (screenshot 1). Clicking the breadcrumb actually takes you to the real Public Vacancy List page (screenshot 2: only vacancies where status = open)

2. When someone fills up an online application form and submits it - There should be an on-screen message or some indication for the applicant to confirm whether online application submission was successful or not.

3. What is the purpose of the Vacancy section marked in screenshot 3? If it is just an indication of the job applied for, that information already available at the top of the pipeline screen. In that case, it should be hidden.
