Implement test for "Job" search (for Advanced Search)

Implement unit-tests in the style of CRM_Contact_BAO_QueryTest or CRM_Mailing_BAO_QueryTest. Include fixture data with a variety different situations (eg contacts with diff #jobs, diff #roles).
