hremerg: Hack "Relationships" to be "Emergency Contacts"

During installation, create a "Word Replacement" to translate "Relationship" into "Emergency Contact"

Per discussion with Andrew, this is not a long-term / maintainable design, but it is more desirable for "sales demonstration"-type purposes. (Note: Because this won't be maintained in the long-run, it's fine to less-maintainable hacks. For details on how to read/write WordReplacement config options, look at CRM_Admin_Form_WordReplacements. Be sure to include comments about how the code should be removed.)
