Description
Create a new job (along the lines of CiviCRM-4.3-git) to run any tests included in the HR modules.
This will, incidentally, require adding new "*_AllTests" classes to civihr.
At time of writing, we mostly need tests for org.civicrm.hrjob, so it makes sense to focus on setting up those tests.
(Aside: We currently have separate jobs for CiviCRM-4.3-git and CiviCRM-4.3-WebTest-git. This is because the core WebTest suite takes several hours, and we want to run the normal test suite more frequently. For CiviHR, the suite will be smaller, so we don't need the split. There could be one Jenins "job" with a "SUITE" axis that defines values for CRM*, api*, and WebTest*)
