            Description

            Whenever we add a new extension, we need to update README.md, change our personal rebuild workflows, and update Jenkins to activate the new extension.

            To reduce this, we should move the "drush cvapi extension.install..." instructions from README.md to a real script

                I've updated Jenkins to use bin/drush-install.sh whenever it rebuilds civihr-auto.
