User Dashboard Assigned Activities should also show activities with Available status

The 'assigned activities' section of the user dashboard will be quite useful for volunteers to verify their volunteer assignments. Since volunteer activities may have either Scheduled or Available status, I've expanded the criteria to that listing to include both statuses.
