"Shopping cart" for volunteer sign-up

We should make it easy for volunteers to sign up for more than one shift, and we should enable this across projects.

As volunteers filter the opportunities on the public listing, allow them to designate the ones they want to sign up for. Selected items will go in a "shopping cart" of sorts. This way, if a user changes the filter criteria such that a selected opportunity no longer matches, we don't lose her selection.
