Description
Add a url param "hideSearch" that has the following behavior
hideSearch=[0, null, false, or unspecified/not supplied]: show it the search pane (the current default)
hideSearch=always: Hides the search pane in the "shopping cart"
hideSearch=[anything else]: hides the search pane in the shopping cart, but adds a link for "Search for other opportunities" that will expand the pane again.
