Consistent wording (active/enabled)

This may be a little nitpicky, but I've had to answer it for clients more than once. The wording between "active" and "enabled" is not consistent. For managing volunteer projects, you can search by active = yes/no. You can use bulk actions to Enable or Disable items. Pick one or the other.
