Regression: Activity fields added via profile are not processed on volunteer registration

In CiviVolunteer v1, admins could use Activity fields in profiles used during volunteer registration.

In v2, the volunteer registration form was made significantly more flexible and commensurately more complex. While profiles with Activity fields can still be specified and are indeed still displayed to the user, the user-submitted data is not saved.
