Role comment bubble broken on sign up page

On the sign up screen (after volunteer opportunities have been selected and the user has clicked "Sign Up" – i.e., civicrm/volunteer/signup), the comment bubble for roles in the summary of volunteer commitments is broken.

It does not align with the text nicely the way the comment bubbles in the Project cells do. Furthermore, clicking the icon shows the following in the console:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'indexOf' of undefined

... and does not display the role description.
