Newly added roles not selectable without refresh

Steps to reproduce:

1. "Define Volunteer Opportunities"
2. Click wrench icon to "Edit Options" for Role
3. Add a new role
4. Expect that this role will be available to choose immediately with the role selector
5. Observe that the role selector does not list the newly added role
6. Click "Done"
7. Click "Define Volunteer Opportunities" (again)
8. Observe the same unexpected behavior
9. Refresh the page
10. Now observe that the role selector contains the newly added option, as expected.
