      Description

      Volunteer Projects need an interface analogous to Manage Events to handle basic CRUD.

      The interface should support bulk operations for Disable and Delete, so we'll need checkboxes for each row.

      For operations which don't make sense to do in bulk – e.g., launch the Define, Assign, and Log Hours forms – we'll provide links.

      Like Manage Events, there should be a simple form for filtering Volunteer Projects.

      We also envision a link to a settings menu for global Volunteer settings, and some space for widgets to report on trends such as number of volunteer hours per month, number of volunteer interactions per month, etc.

      The specifics for these widgets will be scoped elsewhere.
