Financial Type when configuring premiums for use

      Description

      1. When adding a premium to a contribution page (civicrm/admin/contribute/addProductToPage?reset=1&action=update&id=2) the Financial Type should default to the Financial Type specified for the Product.

      2. Financial Type should not be a required field.

      3. Add the following help text to the Financial Type field: "Select a Financial Type that has both a 'Cost of Sales Premiums Account' and a 'Premiums Inventory Account' if you want to generate accounting transactions to track the cost of premiums used."

      4. The list of Financial Types should be filtered to those with both a 'Cost of Sales Account is' and a 'Premiums Inventory Account is' relationship.
