            Description

            I tested this on demo. I created a petition and went to edit it and ended up with the wrong screen. see attached. this was the url:

                  was working on some new screencasts for PowerBase on Petitions and discovered that i cannot edit or delete a Petition after it is created. when editing, i get edit fields for Survey. when deleting, i get edit fields for Survey.

                  it doesn't work. we have groups using lots of Petitions and cannot upgrade PowerBase without this working.

                  can we re-classify this?

                  I found this yesterday and fixed it, but didn't realize there was already an issue. The 4.3 branch has the fix merged this morning:
