profile edit not loading correct profile (sometimes)

Profile edit links are not loading the correct profiles. This was caused by fixes to prevent existing links from stopping working for title links coming from

https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-15952 && https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-15330

CRM-15330 switched to name in the edit url but CRM-15871 ensured the title in the url should still work - but was not quite correct - hence this.

so, drupal edit urls work like
en/user/1/edit/name_and_address
fr/user/1/edit/name_and_address

en/user/1/edit/Detailed Personal Information

BUT
fr/user/1/edit/Informations personnelles détaillées
did not and does not work. Instead of presenting this non-working url the first 2 are now presented
